We prove that if {r}= {c} then {s} <= cf ({c}), and conclude that if {r}= {s}= {c} then {s} is a regular cardinal. Nous prouvons que {s} <= cf ({c}) si {r}= {c}, et conclurons que {s} est un cardinal regulier si {r}= {s}= {c} .
